Sky bar Mr. Sato is located on the 10th floor of Van der Valk Hotel Ghent, and consists of two sides. One side contains restaurant Mr. Sato, where you can enjoy authentic Asian kaiseki dishes. We have a set menu, as well as a vegetarian variant, consisting of a selection of the tastiest dishes compiled by chef Takehiko Sato.

On the other side you will find cocktail bar Mr. Sato, where you can enjoy delicious and unique cocktails, saké, Japanese whisky and a great variety of other drinks. The cocktail bar also has a rooftop terrace, which will be opened when the weather allows it.

We very much welcome you on Thursday to Saturday between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m. Reservations possible between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and only for the restaurant. Ordering possible until 9 p.m., our kitchen closes at 10 p.m.
