Skybar Mr. Sato is located on the 10th floor of Van der Valk Hotel Ghent, and consists of two sides. One side contains restaurant Mr. Sato, where you can enjoy authentic Asian kaiseki dishes. We have a set menu, as well as a vegetarian variant, consisting of a selection of the tastiest dishes compiled by chef Takehiko Sato.

On the other side you will find our Skybar, where you can enjoy delicious and unique cocktails, saké, Japanese whisky and a great variety of other drinks. The skybar also has a rooftop terrace, which will be opened when the weather allows it. Here, you can also indulge in homemade sushi or refined bites.
