Head Chef Takehiko Sato, trained at the Tsuji and Yamato Ramen Schools, combines his passion for Japanese and French flavors in our sushi. Head Chef Merly creates Japanese dishes and bites using fresh, seasonal ingredients, delivering a taste experience that perfectly aligns with our high-quality standards.

Our team of hospitality professionals ensures a warm, personalized experience. Our bartenders craft signature cocktails and classics, perfectly matched to the dishes and the atmosphere of the skybar.

Location and parking

Skybar Mr. Sato is located on the tenth floor of Van der Valk Hotel Ghent, Akkerhage 10 in Ghent.

As a guest, you may use the parking facilities of Hotel Ghent, both above-ground and underground. Parking H3 is also available.
Parking is free for the first 3 hours with your ticket; after that, the rate is €3 per hour.

Reservations

We are open from Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with the last entry at 8:30 PM.
